What is it, and can you vote in quorum? If so how. I'm asking because I see that after a proposal gets 52 votes, it goes into quorum, and then becomes a resolution. So, for a final question, what happens during quorum.
Only Regional Delegates can vote on proposals in the proposal list. When a proposal reaches quorum, then it goes to the floor of the WA for every WA nation to vote on.
Quorum is only the status given when enough delegates say it's good enough for the WA to consider it.
