The region Q102 updated just a few minutes ago, demonstrated by the fact that the delegate is now displayed as being elected 3 days ago. However, his last endorsement came from Kharkistania, who moved in well before update, yet it hasn't been acknowledged - it says "WA update pending: nation has 6 verified endorsements."
Also, we had a liberation attempt on the region a couple of days back, where I'm 99% certain we had the endorsements required for Nevareion to regain the delegacy, but it didn't happen. At the time, I thought we'd just missed the update, but now I'm not so sure.
Is there something wrong with the update there?
