Not Possible to Determine Dimensions?

Everytime i try to post an image today it says that it was not possible to determine the dimensions. What does that mean?

It means the picture is too big.

Either the image is too large, or more likely the server hosting the image online is lagging/the image didn't upload right, which makes the NS server go "Well crap, we can't tell if this is too big or within our size limit!"
