I remember I had atleast 3+ legendaries before inactivity and upon reactivation my deck has been a former shell of its glory. Where did my cards go after 3 years of inactivity?

What happens if my nation ceases to exist?

If your nation ceases to exist and you don't restore it, then eventually your bank and any cards you have collected will be deleted.

As the FAQ states, they may get deleted "eventually". They do not get deleted on routine CTEs that are resolved quickly. And no, I can't define "quickly". If the admin needs space, they may remove cards from long-dead nations.

If true, this would be the first case where cards were removed from a CtE nation.
There have been nations restored after several years of inactivity with all cards intact.

Most likely, you have sold your cards before ceasing to exist.

Looking at your trade history, i would say that you gifted your cards to your puppet (?) Deutsche east indies. Maybe you should try to restore that nation and see if your cards are there.
