Malfunction with NS screen

Every so often a random black bar starts flashing across my screen while I'm on Nation States. It's not a problem with my computer, because when it happens I see if it appears on any other site or on my desktop, but it only ever appears when I'm on Nation States. This has only happened twice and it usually goes away within a few minutes, but it can be annoying. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem too, or maybe it is just a problem with my computer.

What kind of desktop are you using? What operating system? What browser are you using? What theme are you using? Can it be replicated on a different browser or device? Have you tried rebooting / restarting your PC or phone?

I'm using a Dell computer with a windows system. I'm currently using Chrome and I'm using a conservative theme. I'll check to see if it does the same on my phone and I'll try restarting my computer.

It hasn't given me any problems since I restarted, but I'll try to get a screenshot if it happens again
