Still Confused on Easter Eggs!!

I still dont understand how the whole easter egg thing works, ive been looking around and reading forum and stuff but i still dont quite understand. Could someone please explain its to me and how to meet the requirements to get an easter egg issue!

Everyday you get one or two (depending on your settings) random issues, and there is a random chance you will get an easter egg.

You also need a specific requirement which is different for each easter egg. For instance, having a color like red or blue in your nation's pretitle nets you an Easter Egg about colors.

Nice, it actually worked. After renaming my nation in the 'black and yellow city-republic of YoriZ I got the one on color.
Now trying out the one with holy...
