Corrupt Government?

To any of the mods out there, please transfer this topic to the appropriate area since I'm not really used to the forum here.

I used to have the description "omnipresent government" only. But now it goes "omnipresent, corrupt government". How do I remove the corrupt tag? And how do I get the moralistic tag instead? Thanks!

To be honest, it might be quite hard to get a helpful answer on dealing with corruption:

"Corrupt" is one of those descriptors that nobody's fully figured out. It's one of the more complicated ones.

That said, there's some other threads in this forum where people speculate.

I only got the tag after crushing a coup and unfortunately becoming an Iron Fist Consumerists state.
