Does anybody know how the choices available for this issue affect your nation ? I am currently struggling between the second (which would let the divers who found the gold deposit keep the gold, and from what i heard inspire other people do start digging in their gardens) or the third (which would result in leaving the gold alone to preserve the lake and what lives in it). But how exactly do these issues affect my nation "on paper", that is, their civil freedoms, and how bad exactly would the enviromental damage be ?
