This is the planning for it, the title "Queen's Scandal" is an idea from Scandal song by Queen, lol. Whatever, can yall tell me is it gud enough to become an issue?

Title: Queen's Scandal

The Scene:
Recently, the film "Homosexual Galaxy Queen" has sparked a wave of intense controversy and calls for a boycott—with even its target audience joining in the backlash. As furious citizens and film executives gather outside your office, the nation demands to know where you stand on the matter.

The Debate:
1. "This represents a serious degradation of the film industry!" @@RANDOMNAME@@, one of the unfortunate audience members who bought a ticket to this movie, exclaims in a fit of rage while scattering popcorn everywhere. "It’s not just 'Homosexual Galaxy Queen'—even my beloved superhero movies are being ruined by this! We need to immediately ban studios from shoehorning ridiculous 'progressive' themes into their films!"
Suggested Fallout: A film from 20 years ago was suddenly pulled from theaters due to containing 'progressive' elements.

2. "Cinema is something that bewitches people, especially the youth!" @@RANDOMNAME@@, the CEO of a book publishing company in @@CAPITAL@@, expresses their view. "Mr. @@LEADER@@, I believe we should completely ban the root cause of this nonsense—movies! Movies only cause people's minds to stagnate. Why not encourage everyone to read books instead of watching films? Doing so would help them become more enlightened!"
Suggested Fallout: VPNs have become the most popular tool for streaming movies online in @@NAME@@ as citizens bypass the cinema ban.

3. "Instead of doing something actually useful, people are busy arguing about banning this or that?!" gender diversity activist @@RANDOMFEMALENAME@@ demands, holding up a sign reading "Marriage Equality". "No matter how terrible their work might be, there’s no need for bans. Instead of peddling those fake 'progressive' ideas, why not just take real action?! Put your money where your mouth is—give me the right to marry @@RANDOMMALENAME@@ right now!"
Suggested Fallout: Marriage Equality has been officially enacted. It has become a normal occurrence to see two citizens who identify as attack helicopters registering for marriage.

4. "You people don't understand a thing about progressivism," counters @@RANDOMFEMALENAME@@, one of the two directors behind the film 'Homosexual Galaxy Queen'. "Ignore what those shallow people say—why not invest more state funds to help us spread these progressive values far and wide? It might be a bit dull, but at least we’d be spreading the message across the entire @@REGION@@!"
Suggested Fallout: Government film grants now require studios to cram in as many minority characters as possible to secure funding.

Welcome (?) to Got Issues.

Your "Suggested Fallout" options should not begin with a capital letter, and should not have periods at the end. I would change Option #3 to remove the first sentence, and admittedly I find the attack helicopter thing overdone, so I'd advise you change it.
Recently, the film "Homosexual Galaxy Queen" has sparked a wave of intense controversy and calls for a boycott—with even its target audience joining in the backlash.
But why has it sparked controversy? Give us details about the movie itself, or why it is controversial. You could even give a specific event for it becoming controversial, say an underserved award with a more deserving nominee getting snubbed. Is the movie universally hated, or do some people in the target audience still like it and fight against the criticism? (Right now, it reads as if everyone in its target audience is criticising it.)
I suggest either moving "exclaims" to before @@RANDOMNAME@@ or adding another word to indicate they're speaking. This option is okay, but it seems a bit simple. This person seems like quite a character, so give them some life.
"Mr. @@LEADER@@" implies that Leader is a man, however this is not always the case, so it's best to remove that. For this option, you might need another version for socialist nations because of the mention of a CEO. Maybe add line about how the youth are being lead astray by films in this day and age? The fallout also suggests that there is both No Internet and No Computers, which narrows the issue further. Maybe you could have people looking at televisions over the border.

This is a wider issue, but perhaps consider using a few less exclamation points to make each one a bit more impactful.

This would require a "does not have Marriage Equality" and "does not have No Marriage" validities.
Where is this set? In a previous option, there was a person holding a bucket of popcorn, and now there's a person holding a marriage equality sign. This can still work, but you should probably think about where this is set. It could be just outside the theatre after a screening or any number of different places.
Maybe add more detail about this program of sharing progressive ideas across @@REGION@@. I'd also remove "across the entire" because it gets a bit clunky:
It might be a bit dull, but at least we’d be spreading the message across the entire [The Pacific]!

Edit: Also, I would strongly suggest changing the title of this post to "[DRAFT] Queen's Scandal" or something similar to that.

Welcome to Got Issues. It's always nice to see a new flag.

As former Australian prime minister once said about being pressed about this- I am not concerned with what people watch on their televisions. And there is a reason for that. Why does the government care?
