The [region] must;
- Have a delegate with a Left-wing Government,
- Have a governor with a Left-wing government,
- Have at least two of the following tags: `socialist`, `communist`, `anti-fascist`, `anti-capitalist`, `anarchist`
- Not be password protected
- Have more than 50 members
[nation#1] should be either the governor, delegate, or another large nation within the [region].
[nation#2] should be a smaller nation with a different government; slightly or greatly different are both fine.
Student Uprisings in Neighboring Country:Last week, demonstrations broke out across colleges and universities in [nation#2]. Unrest has brewed to a boiling point over the appointment of members from [nation#1] to executive positions in the Department of Security and the Bureau of Intelligence. Critics call these security appointments a "hostile takeover" by [region], while representatives from both governments say these appointees are key to modernizing, integrating, and streamlining security efforts across the region.
Two days ago, [region] forces were mobilized and have been stationed in cities across [nation#2], with violence between the military and protesters breaking out in [city]. In response, the military declared nationwide Marshall Law and has begun mass arrests of the student protesters and members of the press alike. The general Secretary of [region] has put out a statement claiming the military presence is a temporary but necessary peacekeeping mission as the government of [nation#2] has been overwhelmed by these demonstrations.
Critics internationally are calling on [player] to officially condemn the actions of [region] and call on [nation#1] to withdraw from the region, whereas many members of our own government and states within the [region] question the narrative of the "victim [nation#2] standing up to [nation#1]".
Options:
1. "We must oppose this hostile invasion of [nation#2]", says man wearing a fake mustache and large lens-less square glasses. "To show our solidarity with the protesters and the international community, we should embargo [nation#1] and issue an ultimatum demanding [region] withdraw its troops from [nation#2] and the surrounding area."
2. "Absolute nonsense! Who cares about what's going on in [nation#2]? Don't we have problems of our own to deal with?" says radio host Faceless Jim. "And who cares if the government of one country needs help from its neighbors to maintain social order. What business is that of ours?"
3. "We cannot rule out the possibility that these 'demonstrations' are not organic. And even if they are, publicly aligning ourselves with counter-revolutionary forces actively destabilizing a neighboring country?", asks Director of Intelligence Rudolph Red, "We might as well just invite agent provocateurs in the front door. No, the best course of action is to issue a vague public statement and task secret agents to find out who's leading these 'protests'."
4. "If these college kids are old enough to break the Law, then they're old enough to get shot by the Law", barks a woman chainsmoking cigarettes. "If anything, I think we should put boots on the ground and support [nation#1]. Otherwise them capitalist pigs are gonna come here and start opening strip malls and hipster coffee places on every corner of [player]!"
