If I was magically able to re-write it, I would personally target a cap of 1984, but I don't think we'll ever do anything like that. Because its inputs are hard-capped, it will always be a hard-capped stat, and we'll never be able to make actual mechanical improvements to it (e.g. reducing the ties). So there's not really much reason for us to edit it.
