This belongs in Got Issues, but I'll bite. In order to get an issue approved, you have to draft it in the Got Issues forum, wait a few months to get all the feedback you can, submit it, and then wait patently for a mod to get to it and edit it for submission.

Not all issues submissions are used. If you submitted something a long time ago and have not heard back, it might still be sitting around somewhere or it might have gotten rejected.

As some others have said, not all issues submitted make it into the game.

Because we receive thousands of issue submissions per year, there is no possibility for us to personally notify each submitter of status changes for a given submission. If a submission does make it into the game you'll receive notification of that fact along with a copy of your issue to answer, and you may be included via telegram in the editing process. Successful submissions can take anywhere from a few weeks to well over a year to make it through the process.

To increase the odds of success for your issue submissions, draft them publicly here on the Got Issues forum, and take at least a few weeks for people to provide feedback, go through multiple drafts, etc. Check out the Got Issues FAQ / How to Write Issues thread, here: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=424657

You were founded on February 2022, so given the fact you haven't drafted any of your ideas on the forums and that three months isn't enough for even high-quality drafts to get past, it's safe to say there hasn't been any reply (or they've been already discarded). The process of editing takes a long time since editors have to make edits to the original submission and tweak it to fit game stats.
