I don't know how to decide on my nation's issues. It seems like that every issue I have the options aren't good and even then the options to choose from are not good either. Is there a way to decide which one is best?

thats the game dude. You figure out whats best for your nation and you learn from the consequences.
So the CCP won't let me be or let me be me so let me see, they tried to shut me down on CBC but it feels so empty without me.
