Leader, Your Table is Ready

“What an excellent opportunity,” whispers your brother. “I think it is high time to usher in some prestige around here. the cabinet's table is so long that no one can hear what anyone else is saying.
OPTION
“I hated that old table,” proclaims your Ministers of Efficiency. “Our new meeting table should be very square, with you on a higher chair, of course, but all of us very, very close together. That way, everyone knows who is in charge, but everyone can have their voices heard.”
OUTCOME:
cabinet disagreements are looking more like a family dinner.
OPTION 3
“There is nothing better than a round table,” states an armor clad gentlemen that has found their way into your office. “At a round table, surely no one will find themselves at the head of it. This way, everyone is equal, everything is right!”
OUTCOME:
every minister is on their own quest.
