How long does the Issue cool down go?

Since the time until a issue pops up gets longer after a certain amount of issues you've responded to, how long can the time until the next issue go up to? Does it have a cap point? Or does it just keep on getting longer?

Cooldown goes from anywhere near 4-6 hours.

The standard delay between issues is 6 hours. If you want to get issues more slowly, then you can use the issue throttle in your settings.

You start out with less cooldown and get more as you age

Maxes out at 6 hours of wait time per issue.
