Complaint on some Issue effects

When i see an Issue unanswered, I am speed. Some effects I get go like this, however:

'Following new legislation in Random Country 453632, something smells rotten in the country of Random Country 453632.'

It just feels weird. The way my name shows up twice is just plain weird. Especially for names with more syllables

Yes, we try to avoid that, but this particular Hamlet reference doesn't really work without it.
