This issue is an idea I just had 5 minutes ago. Hope you like it.

[DESCRIPTION] With almost everyone in @@NATION@@ buying Christmas trees and decoration, murderers and the alike are finding more and more ways to hide in people's houses, often with non-benign intentions. Many fearful citizens and families of the deceased are calling you to do something.
[VALIDITY] can only be received in December

[OPTION] "Do something, @@LEADER@@!" cries @@RANDOMNAME_1@@. "My dad was already killed by these stalkers, and I'll probably be the next! We need police to patrol our houses on demand; anything to stop this situation!"
[RESULT] police training includes standing up for seven days straight

[OPTION] "A bullet a day keeps strangers away" remarks @@RANDOMNAME_2@@; "Relax some gun laws and we won't need any police or nonsense to get these suckers out of our houses. And whoever doesn't know how to use a gun... well, survival of the fittest."
[RESULT] the main death cause among murderers is self-defense

[OPTION] "This' wackos just bein' overdramatic" says suspected serial killer @@RANDOMNAME_3@@, smoking a cigarette. "One or two peeps dying ain't anything special, and these guys will just find another way to get inside, my man."
[RESULT] 9 out of 10 people living in a house were not invited

So how is this of national importance? And what about nations that don't celebrate Christmas or any other religiously-oriented holiday?
In solidarity with Ukraine, I will be censoring the letters Z and V from my signature. This is -ery much so a big change, but it should be a -ery positi-e one. -olodymyr -elensky and A-o- continue to fight for Ukraine while the Russians are still trying to e-entually make their way to Kharki-, -apori-h-hia, and Kry-yi Rih, but that will take time as they are concentrated in areas like Bakhmut, -uledar, and other areas in Donetsk. We will see Shakhtar play in the Europa League but Dynamo Kyi- already got eliminated. Shakhtar managed to play well against Florentino Pere-'s Real Madrid who feature superstars like -inicius, Ben-ema, Car-ajal, and -al-erde. Some prominent Ukrainian players that got big transfers elsewhere include Oleksander -inchenko, Illya -abarnyi, and Mykhailo Mudryk.

I don't know. Christmas is not the main point. I could do it with Halloween. It's just that Christmas trees are bigger, so it's easier to pull it off with Christmas.

I'm not sure how a validity of "only available in December" would work. Are you trying to make this like an Easter Egg issue?

No, I'm not trying to make this an EE issue. It's just that it would be a bit awkward receiving a Christmas issue in August.
