Deadly Departure
Desc: 2 Weeks ago, @@NAME@@ Airlines flight 802 exploded and crashed shortly after takeoff, killing all passengers on board. Today, investigators have concluded that flight 802 was tragically shot down by the Military in a catastrophic targeting error. The disaster has left a scar on the tourism industry, and paranoid travelers now demand for improvements on missile usage.
Validity: Invalid for nations that have banned aircrafts, must have WMD's.
1. "We must cut down on missile usage immediately!" Yells @@RANDOMNAME@@, the lead investigator for flight 802. "We should limit the usage of missiles to Elite Military personnel only, and update targeting systems for missiles. Although the changes will be somewhat expensive, it'll ensure that this never happens again. Hopefully."
Fallout: Citizens are regularly fined for lighting fireworks.
2. "That isn't enough!" Says @@RANDOMNAME@@, the Minister of Aviation Transportation. "We must ban all Weapons of mass destruction! These missiles are an existential threat to our airline industry, and must all be eliminated effective immediately!"
Fallout: WMD's are banned.
3. "Have you gone mad?" Says @@RANDOMNAME@@, the CEO of @@NAME@@ Airlines. "The problem isn't with the missiles, we need to upgrade the airplanes! Imagine @@LEADER@@, an aircraft made of pure steel, invincible to external conflict! All we need is some funding, and we'll get stronger aircraft in no time!"

4. "What about what the people think?" Social media extremist @@RANDOMNAME@@ says, while taking a selfie with you. "These airplanes are obviously way too dangerous anyways, why not just get rid of them all together? Sure, the tourism industry will suffer, but I think that's a fair price to pay to keep us safe."
