While your initial decision to bar any of their citizens entry into @@NAME@@ prevented any large outbreaks nationally, the illness still managed to worm its way inside your borders through @@DEMONYMPLURAL@@ who were allowed to return. Yet it was not the lack of precautions that the head of Border Security had assured you your returning citizens would take, but rather their complete lack of belief that the illness is real.
