I've just made some updates to this issue.
I changed the premise a little bit to make it clearer what the issue is, and I fixed option 4 so their character no longer refers directly to the third speaker, in case some nations don't get option 3.
I'm still thinking about potential alternatives for Britney Pears (4th effect line) and speakers for options 3 and 4 - open to any suggestions too.
