So for the past few years my nation has struggled with having a very large number of disappearances (at the moment it is 40% of all causes of deaths).
This all started when I answered several issues with the option of certain shady black clad individuals which promised to make my troubles disappear.
Sadly so, because I was awfully fond of my high crime rates.
Are there any issues that get rid of shady underground government instances that make my people disappear?
I have not had any issues addressing the high number of disappearances and would write one myself if there are non that do so.

Though I’m not particularly aware of specific issued that cause that death stat (though i’m sure there are a few) aid recommend turning away from more autocratic policies/choices.

I suppose you gotta get high political freedoms
