Not sure I like this issue.

Drinking too much fruit juice is actually a problem for many nations, especially with children, because of the high sugar content / calorie count relating in dental problems and obesity. In Europe there's much more consumption of cordials and squashes than in the US, where fruit juice is much more popular.

I think there's an issue possible about drinking too much orange juice, but it needs to go deeper than staining of teeth.

Also though, there's issue potential in the American obsession with white teeth, given that teeth aren't naturally white, and the dental damage these processes can cause, but that's somewhat off the topic you've got here of course.
