Accidently picked wrong option.

I just had issue 253 and I picked option 2 instead of 3. When I checked what I previously picked, I read something about referendums and when I saw the text of option 2, talking about "we need more democracy", I picked this one, realized later that I should have picked option 3. Luckily, the damage is not that enormous. But how can I refer back to a judiciary system while also gaining back the lost civil rights points and get rid of the social conservatism.
