The Issue: An recent study have revealed that 60% of obese kids have gained obesity due to schools offering unhealthy food. With an already high obesity rate, and angry parents demanding action, you decided to step in.
The Debate
Option 1: @@RANDOMNAME,leader of the group called ''Parents for Healthy Food in Schools'', says: ''Do you know how much we value the health of our children? We try to limit the amount of candies in our home,and then they go for school and eat much more! Set regulations in the more unhealthy food and invest more in education, so schools can change the menus for fruits,vegetables and those healthy things!'' (Outbreak: Schools get money to remove Soda-Cola from the menu)
Option 2: @@RANDOMFEMALENAME@@, owner of a restaurant in front of an school,says: ''You have got to be kidding me! Do you know how much money does I make? I need them,they are my only means of income! Regulations will only hurt small business like mine!''
(Outbreak: Alimentation of fruits in school is an reason for bullying)
Option 3: @@RANDOMNAME,an supporter of strict health regulation,suggests:''You know,if we set regulations in food, they will pass this regulation by bringing sweets from home, is not it? Forbid all unhealthy foods from children,and watch child obesity fall fast! (Outbreak: One of the most black market consumers groups are parents)

I think there are issues that already cover this topic, with some overlap with #811 and such.

You could post in the Writers' Block to bounce ideas off people and get feedback about which ones are viable: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=159868

Then once you've got the right premise, you can come back to drafting.

There's a lot of issues about obesity, but the biggest overlaps here are 477 and , which are about childhood obesity relating to school food, and 811, which is about high sugar snacks.

I'd agree that this issue occupies an already-filled space.
