1. Option 1 effect. Effect lines have to make sense to someone who hasn't seen the issue
2. Option 2- ha?
3. Option 3- How exactly do you plan on bringing him back?
4. Effect for option 3- why would kidnapping a criminal mean that all rich people are imprisoned?

Why?

I believe the premise is vauge, and needs to do more to lay out the situation.

A buisnessman got a huge loan, and then fled the country. Now, people are mad and want him jailed.

Why? What were his motivations regarding the loan? Why did his quick exit infuriate a bunch of people?

In summary: I think it needs more yummy issue introduction goodness.

I might be missing a couple references here, so my apologies if it is my ignorance at fault. The first though is the title... what does this mean? The only reference I could draw up would be Huey Long, aka "The Kingfish," but that doesn't seem to have anything to do with this.

[Description] Recently, Mr Malya Modi a business tycoon who had taken a loan of billions of @@CURRENCYPLURAL@@ has fled to Bigtopia. Activists and leader of oppositions are demanding his imprisonment.

The other reference I may be missing is this name. Is there a reason it's hardcoded? Also, how did this person take out billions in loans without some kind of securable collateral? Banks don't just random give people billions of dollars. Also, the fact that he has fled means it doesn't much matter what activists demand - you don't have him available to imprison.

[Option 1] "Why should I come back. I won't be safe there. Besides, I am creating an artificial demand, publicity and benefitting @@NAME@@, don't you all see!", Malya tells a reporter.

What demand is being created? What is this alleged publicity for? In what imaginable way is this benefiting the nation? Absolutely nothing suggest any positive side to this.

[Effect 1] The Most trending hashtag on Chirper is #WeStandWithMalya.

Why would anybody support this guy? Clearly he's on the wrong side of public opinion if a mob just showed up at the government office to demand he be taken down, and without explanation of how his massive theft benefits anybody but himself, I'm not sure why that would change.

[Option 2] "Let my nephew live in peace in Bigtopia. Don't you remember how he brought home the sword of @@RANDOMFIRSTNAME@@ Sultan and also the Kohimeer diamond, my dear @@LEADER@@.", defends Mr Lalit Chowksi.

Similar question as before about why this name is hardcoded? Also, how is this option (leave him alone and support his actions) different from the previous option (leave him alone and support his actions)?

[Effect 2] Large statues are built for people who loot banks and flee away.

Ignoring a person's crimes due to past favors doesn't necessarily translate to hero-worshiping them. I'm not sure this logically follows.

[Option 3] "Grab him and put him in the jail. He has looted the workers of @@NAME@@. We shall take his money!", roars the Socialist reformer Mr. Subhash Stalin.

I get the Stalin name (even though Stalin was not much of a true believer!), but this could be randomized as well - at least the first name could. It may be worth clarifying that "grab him" would entail an extra-territorial, almost-certainly-illegal, seizure and extradition. Previous options (and the description) suggest that he victimized banks, but this says he victimized the workers. Additionally, if the money is a loan and the problem is that it was stolen, stealing it from him does not undo the fact that it belonged to somebody else originally - it just changes the thief. Sanctioning this would basically be the government seizing funds stolen from its own domestic enterprises, causing them the same harm as the theft did in the first place.

[Effect 3] All people above the poverty line are relocated to the Centeral Prison.

This does not follow. A bank fraudster and thief being caught and jailed doesn't equate to the entire middle class being imprisoned.

[Option 4] "Let him come here and stand on this platform. All countrymen will properly host him and in the end you can see him black and blue.", addresses Gandhi Khangressi in Tantar Mantar.

Randomize the name perhaps? What is Tantar Mantar? What platform? I'm not sure that "properly host" makes sense as a metaphor for "beat the crap out of" somebody.

[Effect 4] Sudden Increase in Incidents of violence leaves 'the Rock' grumbling on him being left back.

Who or what is 'the Rock' and where did he/she/it come from?

There are several grammatical and syntactical fixes that will be needed throughout, but those can come after we sort out what is actually going on here.

For all the effects texts, remember that they are not meant as complete sentences - no periods on the end, no capitals on the beginning

Note: I need help with Marcos.

Kingfisher was Vijay Malya's airlines and alcohol brand-name. Malya took a loan from Punjab Bank and fled. He had brought India the sword of Tippu Sultan.
There were four people involved in major scams in India:
1.Vijay Malya
2.Lalit Modi
3.Mehul Choksi
4.Nirav Modi

Nirav Modi was Mehul's nephew.

Also I am busy as I am having xams.

Drawing some inspiration from Indian scandals is fine, but it still needs to be written in a way that the story is comprehensible to ignorant Yankees.

I'm inclined to say you can keep a few hard-coded names, but right now there are too many and the issue does not make sense for people outside India. For example, I would say it's OK to keep "Malya Modi" as the tycoon's name, but the issue needs a new title because the title is too confusing for people that don't understand the "kingfisher" reference. I would also replace "Gandhi Khangressi" with @@RANDOMNAME@@ and remove "Tantar Mantar" because even though I've heard of Gandhi, that option still confuses me.

You need to just generally flesh out the story and provide context so that people can follow it more easily regardless of their national background.

I am familiar with that person in real life, but real life people don't exist in game! Also, even if they did, context would be required for those who don't know who he is.
