Issue effects

I noticed the effects changed a lot recently. They are a lot more simple now. Earlier they used give like 20+ changes for some issues, now that's gone. Is that just me or did other people also notice that? Especially when it comes to goverment spending.

As your nation gets older, and assuming you keep answering issues the same way you use it, the effects will be a lot smaller than when you first started.

Alright thanks that makes sense. I am indeed answering them all the same way mostly. I have a folder on my PC where I keep screenshots of my decision and their effects.
