Hmm, I definitely do like the concept behind this. But I feel like it's not being taken full advantage of. We have:

>Prohibit anything that objectifies women
>Leave it alone and allow it
>Nobody can look at anyone

I love the absurdist nature of the third one, and the top two feel fairly standard, both would have to be considered in something like this.

But do you think there might be other options/routes that could be considered? Such as, workplace decency classes, the introduction of uniforms to discourage staring, you know, other creative solutions that aren't quite as direct. I think something like that could really spice up this issue.

"Minister of Being Somewhat But Not Too Much Equal" still seems off, but aside from that, I quite like the draft.

Looks good, as usual. I'd just remove the last line of the first option; you don't truly need it, and I think that without it, the difference between what is proposed in options 1 and 2 is maybe a bit clearer (the first being about outlawing stuff, the second being about teaching men).
