For #271 Vigilantes: Heroes or Hoodlums? option 2 the list has ???, i.e. unknown outcome.

I recently received that one (accidentally didn't choose it, oops), option text was
“He did WHAT?” shouts over-zealous police officer @@RANDOMNAME@@. “The Dogman is a menace to society and an insult to the police. Vigilantism should not be tolerated, and the police should have the right to track these people down and force them into therapy to cure their infantile power fantasies. We’ll show others like him that the law cannot be taken into their own hands.”

which is slightly different from option 1 here (which is for prison-nations), i.e.
"He did WHAT?" shouts over-zealous police officer @@RANDOMNAME@@. "The Dogman is a menace to society and an insult to the police. Vigilantism should not be tolerated, and the police should have the right to track these people down and throw them in jail. We'll show others like him that the law cannot be taken into their own hands."

So I assume there's something odd with the numbering. On War Dogs X I got options 2, 3, 4, and 6.

The known effect line for option 1 would still work fine on option 2, so I went ahead and assumed it uses that. It helps that I've seen that the effect line is not restricted to nations either with or without prisons.

Thanks for confirming the nature of the option.

Hey Trott, why do you need people to randomly tell you effects lines, if the program automatically generates that for you?
