This is a Modern-Tech nation. We only put a satellite and a man into space so far.
We are a Middle power, so if we die, so will some of the global economy.
We have the 8th largest sovereign wealth fund in the world. (RL world)
Pro: Regulations, Military, Law and Order
Anti: Freedom of speech, Discrimination, CHEWING GUM
Just so you know, I don't think like that. That stuff is roleplaying Singapore (itself, the real life nation)

Prehaps, I should add a 'event' to the scenario.

[desc] Accident and injury rates rose drastically during the latest election, sparking outrage from the public. Due to the policy of making voting compulsory, many voters were forced to brave especially bad weather conditions near their voting centres to cast their votes. Suggestions are now pouring in to improve the voting process.

There's much more of a sense of story here now, nicely done. However, I think that the order of presentation of information is a bit disorganised, and you could rearrange the same story into something with more clarity. A good starting point would be to (as a broad and absolutely not all-inclusive generalisation) present information in chronological order of events.

- Any option that forces you to turn up in person should probably have a fallout along the lines of "the housebound and mobility-impaired have been officially disenfranchised".
Up to you if you want to use any of that.

Wouldn't "unofficially" make more sense, since they're still legally allowed to vote, just de facto can't?
