I think he's conscripted an army of ents to write issues for him, which he then submits under his name.

Jeez, rumors! You enslave a few ents and suddenly you've got an "ent army".

You're doing a great job Kaschovia.

Here's a little helping hand to help you update the editors' chart:

Candlewhisper Archive - 119
Nation of Quebec - 92
Ransium - 42
Luna Amore - 36
Gnejs - 32
The Free Joy State - 18

If this were a Watch Mojo clip, I think I would get the honourable mention for most drafts about a single topic

You got to decide whether you're going to include the fact I co-edited "The Enemy Within" or not. Right now you're placing me in an order as if your not but giving me the number which does include those issues.

No, it doesn't. There are exactly 500 authors mentioned in these rankings. So 20% is 100 authors. And the top 100 authors have produced 463 issues, which is 53.96% of 858, the total number of published issues.

Don't forget though that there's a lot of invisible work from never-published authors. And also that about 39 of every 40 issue submissions gets trashed.

Of course, conversely, work contributed isn't proportional to numbers of issues written or edited, as every issue is a fully collaborative process.
