The dilemma seems to be mainly between the second and third options, with the first option being an amusing crazy option for a diversion. (It's unusual for the crazy option to be the first option on the issue, but not unheard of.)
Which means that the real dilemma here is "should be have our own Twitter or not?", which may seem a bit underwhelming, but then it's just a tweet.
