That logic doesn't follow. As long as the reference can be noticed, you don't need to match the phenotypes of the characters being referenced. It's no more necessary than making a character the same age or same ethnicity.

Not really. Kim Jong-un is a 33 year old Korean man, whilst Dr. Evil is British/Dutch and whilst his age is not specified, I would assume middle aged. The only similarity between the two is that they are both male

There are only two genders. When your sample size consists of only two people, even if they are chosen totally randomly there is a 50% chance that they will both be of the same gender. It doesn't mean anything.

In terms of random names, I believe that they are divided in binary fashion. The narrative of the issues challenges this, of course.

Option 1, If I were you, I would make it read "I will obliterate South Nukystan's capital, then obliterate one of your allies on the hour every hour". It's different to the Dr. Evil quote and hit's the Kim Jong-un reference hard
