The Contraband Issue...doesn't it have around 7 options?

Last night, I got an issue which went something like "Finally! After months of hard work you have found contraband. But what will you do with all it?".

I got 7 options.

Today, one of my other nations got the same issue but only with 3 options? Is it because that nation is newer?

Also, this happened when I chose option 2 for the other nation :p
(blood diamonds are the currency)

Protestors are soaking piles of blood diamonds in blood to make a point about government incomes.

No, it would be because previous decisions you've made for that second nation mean that it just isn't eligible for any of the other options.

I greatly enjoyed editing and coding that issue: it's entirely based around what is and isn't banned in your country. Only option 9, 10 and 11 are guaranteed. Every other option reflects your countries position.

"List issues" certainly allow for more options than normal: most issues have 2 to 4 options, but list ones can easily have twice that. Delivering The Goods is exceptional, in that on average it delivers the same number of options as most list issues, but an extreme nation could indeed see 11 options at once.

Please don't see list issues as the default of course. I generally say to writers that once you've done a few conventional issues we'll allow you ONE list issue and ONE bad puns issue. Otherwise, try and keep to the traditional approach.

Also, the option ACTUALLY uses blood diamonds?! I thought it was my currency XD

Nobody's posted the fifth option yet. I haven't seen it either, even though I like to think that I have a wide variety of puppets. Gotta wonder if it's something really uncommon, or just broken.

Also, I'm kind of sad that one of options wasn't a 'cache of fantasy novels', for banning Harry Potter.

It's not broken. Valid for about 1.5% of nations.
