Hmm. I think an option where guards are stationed at every rubbish bin could be worked in here for added hilarity... EDIT (For clarification, perhaps working it into option one or two... at present both options are a bit "safe")

As an editor I seam to spend an awful lot of thyme going threw issues and checking that they're no oblivious errars. Its a tough job but someone's got too do it!

I thought the effects of the first two options were strange enough to be acceptable, so I added a fourth option instead.
