Alright, I'm about to submit, but how do you add option validity?

What I found really surprising was the fact that this was published only 20 days from when I first posted it, and it needed a LOT of work. Thanks to CWA though, it turned out pretty nice.

Alright, I know this sounds a bit dumb, but which option would increase at least one of my 1%, but not affect my civil, economic, political, or other 1% by decreasing?
