I believe you can have options with their own validity requirements. A nation that meets the main validity requirements for the issue, but not the validity for a specific option, would receive the issue, but see fewer options.

Can you post what we in backstage would call a "clean edit?". That is, a draft in the form that you'd be submitting it in, without the strikethrough text or any commentary. That'll make it easier to review.

my issues has five option right now
option 1 : outlaw civil marriage, back to church. This can mean that polygamy and same sex marriage will be outlawed since many religion are agaisnt both , hoverer, religion are still free to proceed to these marriage, this issues simply mean that the government will only recognize religious marriage

option 2 : Outlaw Churches, this does not outlaw religion, since you can be in a religion without being part of a church.

option 3 : Bar Foreign citizen accused of any crimes from immigrating.
I believe this option should not decrease civil rights because you don't restrict the rights of your citizens.

option 4 : You decide to marry your sis, cause why not.
The government choose to not extradite the royal children of Maxtopia, you do not change the laws in your country other then making clear stance in favor of free marriage.

option 5 : Here, your nation try to impose its law on others countries.
This should decrease international aid, compassion and etc.
I justify this sad english because the interlocutor have a very poor english, since he's from a foreign nation

Try to avoid any "brotherly love" stuff so your issue doesn't get confused with the other one.

"Family Matters" perhaps or something similar. Also be careful of #314: An Affair to Remember which could limit the usage of Affair if it's too similar.

Well, when you think about it a bit, the issues is about foreigner taking advantages of your laws, Ah how about : Maxtopia Matters or Maxtopa Royal Problem

By clean edit, I actually meant the actual text you'll submit, in the form you submit it in.

I still think it's borderline similar to other issues about affairs and the like. The title could be spruced up as well.

I submitted the issus over 1 week ago, but I receive no feedback. I believe it was refused, what is needed to get a good issue ?

Sometimes it takes longer than a week to hear back.

As far as what your next move should be, I would suggest starting over with a new premise. You took some time to workshop this on the forum, and that helped with the quality of the writing. If that isn't enough to get it accepted, try again with a different issue.
