Well, I only see the one boat floating... so I guess you won.

Of course the best way to beat you would have been to hold the duel in the middle of an ocean, preferably in rough waters.

CSS Virginia wasn't fit for the open ocean any more than I was. She just never got taken out to sea where it was obvious. Heavy iron armor and underpowered engines aren't a good combination on the open ocean.
