i would take it as meaning not being in favor of supporting it.

actually the idea of something, anything, being "on the way out" doesn't have to mean opposing it at all. it just means that someone expects a time to come when it no longer exists or at leasts no longer dominates.

i personally believe a time will come when no ideology that exists today, or any time in the past either, will any longer dominate anything.

Neither; all the question asks is whether your country thinks capitalism will always be the dominant type of economy in it. If not, you'll probably recieve more issues based on economic situations since pro and anti capitalist forces will have more reason to promote or eliminate capitalism, respectively.

Ah! You're right. If you agree that Capitalism is dying, then your issues will be aimed more towards Communism and Socialism (and I guarantee a whole lot of issues that boil down to, "How are we going to pay for this?") Disagreeing, taking the stance that Capitalism is here to stay will result in a lot of issues where you have Corporations benefiting on one side, or The People are taken care of and the Economy suffers.

True, but it takes a LONG time. Back in Feb/March, my tax rate hit 100% and the Economy "Imploded". Since then, at 2 issues per day, I whittled the tax rate down to 8% ("Social programs? What Social programs? And who needs schools anyway? Or roads, or hospitals, or a military, or...."), but the Economy has just reached "Reasonable".
