"Recently, medical insurance premiums across the nation have been skyrocketing following several highly-publicised medical-malpractice lawsuits, making it costlier than ever to get treatment. Doctors are asking the government to step in."
Malpractice suits, if anything, would keep medical insurance premiums low: they provide another recourse for payout, for the patient. They would increase doctors' professional malpractice insurance premiums.
Also, I have no private industry. I have no "insurance companies" except those of the state, I have no private lawyers who can exploit this system for profit. In fact, I have no medical insurance companies, period. I have a massive welfare state, and healthcare is inclusive.
If this issue means malpractice insurance, it should be edited to clarify this. If it means actual healthcare insurance, it should not have been displayed as an issue for my nation.
People pay tax where I am, not healthcare insurance premiums.
