You have SIX issues pending!

I'm sure this has happened to other people, but I've never seen it.

Today I logged in to find Golgothastan had six pending issues. I've never seen this before, as once your nation reaches five pending issues it does not receive any new issues until those issues are dismissed or answered.

The reason is that the sixth is an issue I submitted to the game, which the submitting nation automatically receives. Still, a neat little quirk!

Is that how it works? I always assumed it keeps giving you new issues but bumps off the old ones you haven't answered yet.

Nice job on the new issue (I'm assuming it's the one posted to the master thread this week).

Could you possibly have seven issues at once by getting two issues approved on the same day?

Yes, and they wouldn't even have to be the same day. Nation of Quebec has more issues in game than any other player at 12. If he had 5 issues pending before his first one went in, never answered them, then every issue of his added would pile on top. He could have 17 pending right now. He doesn't, but theoretically, he could.

The only way to have more would be to have some one on the inside help you out:

I'd love to have 400 issues waiting. Still, a 5-issue limit works for me.
