Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think there's a bit of a validity issue with issue #237. I'm very hands-off with government- there's no such thing as illegal narcotics in my nation, yet I'm faced with an issue that assumes I'm anti-drug. My only choices are to bail out citizens for committing a crime I don't consider criminal, respect that Maxtopia considers it criminal, or decide that it should be criminal for my nation. I'm unsure of the validity conditions for this issue. Could I get some clarification here?
