If you're a left-winger you're supposed to say no to a nobility. Giving land to nobles promotes feudalism. Saying no to a nobility will improve your personal freedom and civil rights rating.

You should really answer it after some thought. If you were the actual leader of the nation, would you want some lords and dukes around that could take your power?

YES my country in this is a monarchy and Im from Ireland and we lost our nobility to the dirty english and I dont excuse myself if any of ye are English

I think the option to give land and titles of nobility but tax the estate is like the centrist or middle ground option. The 1st option is the most right wing option. I think the last option just promotes subsidizing business.

I'm a leftist though so I choose option 2 and say no to a nobility and feudalism.

Unless you're from a royal family I'm not sure why you would want a nobility. The nobles are the only ones who benefit from a nobility. There's no benefit for the common people.

There really isn't much question to it then. If it's in character for your nation to have a nobility - that is, if you think it's something your nation would do - then you should choose to have one. Your nation doesn't have to reflect your actual opinions.

If you're looking for the effects of the various options, the options pretty much do what they say they do. As far as which one is the 'right' answer, there is no right answer. All of them offer benefits and pitfalls. You should choose the one that feels right for you, or (if you're a roleplayer) the one that most fits your vision of your nation. Since you see your nation as an oligarchy with nobles and royals, that probably means you should choose the one that gives you a nobility.

I went with the option to give me a nobility. Once I hit 500 million I'm going to change my nation title to "The Feudal Socialists of New Olwe", so yeah.

From what I know of Pannonia-Glucksberg, it sounds like nobility is the right option for you. Not absolutely certain on that, but about 95% sure.

Yeah, do it. It didn't change my nation's stats much when I went for feudalism anyway.
