I have a couple questions about the new field issues, (i.e. Capital, Leader, Religion). Are they a one time only thing? For example, if I declined to pick one will I get that issue again? Or if I picked one I don't want anymore is there a way I could get rid of it? Thanks.

They'll definitely come back again if you pick an option which doesn't enable the new field, I'm not sure about if you do choose an option to set a national religion/leader/capital.
