There may be a choice to put in "Atheism" as a national religion in your nation's settings page...

... but are there any issues available to enforce such non-religion and/or non-belief towards the people? :p

Appointment of Spiritual Advisor - 3rd option, I believe. If that's what you meant.

Sure. A listing of all the issues (spoiler alert!) can be found at this link. Try searching that thread for "Atheist" and you'll find several issues that do what I think you're looking for.

Or you could always go the other way by setting Atheism as your national religion, and selecting all the issue responses that make your national religion more prominent or even mandatory.

Warning: this route could mean your nation will become MORE religious, not less. The game might not understand the meaning of you having typed in "Atheism" as religion, and merely consider it as just another type of religion.

Sorry for double-posting, but I have a question.

Let's say I did fill it up, and now I'm not allowed to un-fill it, is there any chance now to abolish it? Like, any future issues that could help me destroy the "National Religion" bit of information completely?

Can you drive your religion scores back down? Absolutely. Just answer issues in a way that harms religion and spirituality.

Can you undo the custom field of National Religion? No. However, you can fill it with something non-religious, like Atheism or None of the Above.
