Minor request:

The "Wheels of Misfortune" issue needs an option for "opening our markets to foreign cars with better safety records and let consumers decide".

Actually, that's quite a substantial request and, unfortunately, not one that's going to happen. The admin won't add options to already existing issues. On a practical note, issues simply can't contain every possibility. The one in question already has four. Too many options and most players will dismiss the issue.
