Keywords to search for your issue could be "AI" (advanced tip: search for " AI " with spaces to avoid matching stuff like "abstain"), "lifespan" or "program" (note that this will also cover "programed" and "programmed"). A non-overlapping problem you might run into is #1241, which asks about AI mortality in terms of the death penalty. You could probably write around that, though, AI lifespan is a fairly interesting issue topic.

Or what about being able to duel in order to claim a position (like challenging a minister for his job)? I know there’s one about dueling, but this could build off it and is a bit different.

Regarding your first question, in fairness this is the closest issue we have, although I suspect it'll remain that way given I'm not sure how much more of an issue you can make out of that: https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=88&start=50#980

Regarding your second question - uh, actually, that's a good question lol. Dueling for disputes is the gist of dueling, but dueling over more trivial matters... that could be something to work with. (Not a guarantee it'll work, but it might ;p)
