Not sure if this is too niche (or has too much overlap with the one for police cars), but are there any issues for nations that have banned automobiles regarding the impact on medical transportation?

Options that come to mind:
1. an equivalent to the police car option with relevant variation (ie "if we have police cars we should also have ambulances" vs "if there's nothing else on the roads we should at least have ambulances")
2. brushing off people bleeding out in horse drawn carriages as practically tradition
3. public trains having cars designated for medical transport
4. "just build more hospitals"
5. and of course "this proves that the ban was stupid anyway"

There's one about how a ban on private use of automobiles has turned police into a taxi service in emergency situations, eating up a lot of time that could be used more productively. But I can't seem to find it for the life of me.

I went with mounties instead of cop cars, so I never got that one. Maybe I could rework my pitch into something different enough to act as a complimentary alternative?

Edit: tbh, the idea only came to me because it feels like my carless nation has surprisingly few issues or options regarding spending on public transport, only the food allergy and bus ad issues come to mind.

In milder variations, you can pick the fruit off the tree yourself rather than waiting for it to fall, but you're limited to foods that can be harvested without killing the whole plant (which, for example, root vegetables cannot).

Others believe they should eat only plants that spread seeds when the plant is eaten.

That would make more sense if people normally defecated on fertile soil. I don't think it works if you're using a toilet.

Yes, #205. In fact, that is its only option that retains vegetarianism (something which I consider an example of bad issue design).

Also note that you don't technically need to be vegan to be fruitarian. If your rule is "don't eat things that require killing the organism they come from", then milk would be fine.

Yes, #205. In fact, that is its only option that retains vegetarianism (something which I consider an example of bad issue design).

I wouldn't say there is much overlap with the cheese issue though. It's about the cartoons encouraging the people to adopt a new protest style
