Hey, what would you think about an issue where a coup happens in @@NAME@@?

I know there is already such an issue (#192), but that issue says that the coup is orchestrated by revolutionaries. What I have in mind is a coup where the army of @@NAME@@ turns against them. What do you do if your own soldiers are trying to overthrow you?

And I could perhaps make this issue valid for those nations who chose option 2 for #192. (Hint: Option 2 suggests building up the military as a deterrent against revolutionaries attempting a coup d'etat.) I think it would be quite ironic to strengthen your military to protect your government form a coup, only to be toppled later by the very army that you created. What do you think?
