Alright, a little other inconsistency: #385 options 4/5 address the "voting public", also seen at Autocratic nations.

Alright; I hope I'm doing this right, if not then I apologize.

I answered issue #1028: Can't get enough of you baby; I chose option 1:

1. “The only way to solve this situation is to forcefully increase the population,” states demographer @@RANDOMNAME@@. “@@NAME@@ desperately needs new citizens to keep the economy running or society will no longer be self-sustaining. We simply must ensure that people breed. I propose a three child per household minimum, for as long as it takes to get us balanced.”

And when I got to the "results" screen the talking point read:
"Toddler groups haven taken over local libraries." [ ss for evidence ]

and I'm about 99% Sure that should be "Toddler groups have taken over local libraries." unless I'm missing a joke or something~

Thank you~

Today, in this nation, I've received issue #507. Considering its intro line:
A newly-founded religious group, Vive La Chèvre, has vigorously protested the government’s hard line against dairy farming.

it seems a bit odd that an atheist nation (with the Atheism policy active) would receive this issue, though it could be a bit subjective.

Issue 1181, option 3 sounds very capitalist for a socialist nation (like mine currently is) to receive. It both mentions people paying top dollar for seats, and taking bets.

I'm wondering, #474 option 4 was not seen at a puppy of mine. From the text I'd assume it's about pets being legal in the nation, is that so? I can't remember having some pet-related issue at War Dogs VII lately.

The issue is referring to dinosaurs, not pet dogs. As for the legality of pets, issues don't track every possible policy that may exist anywhere in the world.

Suspected errors with validities always go here. If someone is musing over whether a validity is correct in another thread, they will be directed here so we can check.

There is no place to ask for us to lay out the full details of validities, purely to satisfy your own curiosity. That is not a service we provide.

So I should have posted it differently, suspecting a wrong validity instead, really?
Anyhow, 474 has been answered before. Sadly, other errors (suspected at least) I reported before have been ignored (i.e. calling to "the voting public" in an Autocracy, i.e. #385.4, or the butcher in a Vegetarian nation at #330.1).

Alright, so now the third option is hidden for nations with Vat-grown people. This, however, sort of destroys the story of the issue, since option 4 now refers to [nothing] with the
"See? This sort of griping is why women are the only ones fit to be soldiers at all,

While not a grammatical or spelling error, it appears to be a storytelling error as the reference is missing. Not a big deal, though, but it appears odd to have some speaker talk about something that hasn't been said before, like it's the case with speaker 3 being around.

Easter Egg issue #215: What's Your Favourite Colour?

Option six (the option to choose purple): “It speaks of the finer things in life, of luxury, and shows you as a man of distinction. Not like the riff-raff you see around these days...”

Dabarastan's president is a woman, not a man. Could "man" be changed to something more neutral?

Grammar error in Issue 268, option 1. Highlight mine.

“This is insane!” says social worker Selma Kumar, struggling to hold three babies in her lap. “Whose smart idea was it to allow mothers to simply drop off their newborns like last night’s stale pizza? These guys over at the Capitol don’t know how much work it takes to get these kids into the system and to take care of them, let alone how difficult it is to actually get them adopted! We simply can’t do it. If this keeps up, don’t be surprised if those babies sit in drop-boxes for days or forever.” After handing over a baby to you, the social worker gives one final piece of advice, “Parents needs to accept the responsibility if they choose to have sex. It’s not the state’s job to raise children. At least, it shouldn’t be. Until these types of laws are repealed, enjoy the baby!”

In issue 1248 there's a former states@@MAN@@ (can apparently be either gender). Funny thing now, in a Matriarchy I also had a (male) statesman. For other issues (like the royal ones) there's a check if your nation is a "female-run" or a "male-run" one, so given that former statesman wasn't governing a Patriarchy that changed to a Matriarchy over time, shouldn't that issue also be limited to (female) stateswomen when having a Matriarchy (or Queendom, for that matter)?
For reference, it occurred at War Dogs I.

"States@@MAN@@" is probably a position of which you have more than one (isn't that just any active politician?), so even if most of them are one gender, it's not implausible to have an odd one out.

Agreed, and besides, the issues have never paid attention to matriarchy/patriarchy with regards to assigning genders to characters. To do so would be a mass of revisions, and I don't think anyone is going to take that on. No change will be made.
