A question on "A Question of Faith" {ANSWERED}

Is "a question of faith" the one where you choose the religion? If so, if I choose the atheist option, do I get to choose my religion?

Yes, and Nope.

Personally I chose the first option, and then named my official religion "Atheism". That still risks boosting ones stats on religion, but I think I managed to counter that by years of anti-religion issue choices ;)
